This week you will need to revisit some of your diagrams.
Find a particularly compelling diagram, one of your greatest hits.
Print it out and glue it using the Stoll method to a thick piece of paper, canvas, or a board, something you can "puncture", allow for a healthy amount of negative space around the diagram.
Bring all of your favorite drawing, collaging supplies to class, as usual. You will also need gesso
and a sewing kit (needle and thread.)
This in-class exercise will be followed by an Intro to the Holga and a Photo overview.
Bring your Holga if you have it. Bring your digital SLR and tripod, too, if you have one or both.
For your consideration, the work of Jane Lackey.
