Collage Assignment_C3: Updating a Diagram
1) Using one of your own diagrams from a previous project, one of your best, using the Stoll method glue it to a board or a large piece of thick paper, one that is easily punctured, allowing for enough negative space.
2) Decide which elements of the diagram to eliminate. Using gesso or acrylic, paint over to subtract and to obscure the original activity being described.
3) Embellish what remains using pen, collage, thread, stamping. Extending or adding lines that may or may not exist. Your new diagram may diagram an imaginary space or ritual, etc.
